No. Once a page has reached a pager it will not further impact your system. Deleting it will keep your pager tidy and easy to scroll through, but will not impact your system performance in any way. The system slows down when there are many active alerts sending pages out to pagers. Clearing active alerts at each device (nurse call, emergency pull, pendant, etc.) is the best way to prevent and clear delays.
