Request Assistance with Vigil Mobile

If you need help from another staff member, you can use the Assist button in the Vigil Mobile App.

To raise an Assist call:

  • Touch the Assist button on the bottom of any screen in the app.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Type any additional information that would help others with your request. For example, enter the room need help in, or what you need someone to bring to you. *this is optional*
  • Touch Raise Mobile Staff Assist Call

 

 

 

 

 

 

To cancel a Mobile Staff Assist Call:

 

Touch the Cancel Mobile Staff Assist Call from the bottom of the screen.

 

Note: The call must be canceled by the user who initially raised the call.
