How to use the Staff Response Time Report

To see the average response times by area:

  • Login to Vigil Remote
  • Click on Reports
  • Click on Staff Response Time Report
  • Adjust the date range if required and click Refresh on the top right.
  • You can print this page or send it to excel using the buttons at the bottom.

 

 

To see more detailed information:

  • Click on the Selected Times tab
  • Adjust the date range if required and click Refresh.

On this page, you can adjust any of the filters to:

  • include/remove area
  • include/remove call types
  • enter a minimum/maximum response time
  • see calls from a specific time of day (use the 24 hour clock)
  • Just remember to click Refresh after making the adjustments.

To save a template:

  • Adjust all the filters to what you would like to see on a regular basis and click Refresh
  • Then click Save as Template at the bottom of the screen.
  • Name the template and click Save.
  • Next time you go to your Staff Response Time Report, you will see the name of your new template in the drop down in the top left corner.
  • Click Use and adjust the date range if required.
  • Click Refresh.
