Watch the video on the Staff Response Time Report
To see the average response times by area:
Login to Vigil Remote- Click on Reports
- Click on Staff Response Time Report
- Adjust the date range if required and click Refresh on the top right.
- You can print this page or send it to excel using the buttons at the bottom.
To see more detailed information:
On this page, you can adjust any of the filters to:
- include/remove area
- include/remove call types
- enter a minimum/maximum response time
- see calls from a specific time of day (use the 24 hour clock)
- Just remember to click Refresh after making the adjustments.
To save a template:
- Adjust all the filters to what you would like to see on a regular basis and click Refresh
- Then click Save as Template at the bottom of the screen.
Name the template and click Save.- Next time you go to your Staff Response Time Report, you will see the name of your new template in the drop down in the top left corner.
- Click Use and adjust the date range if required.
- Click Refresh.
