There are a couple of reasons users can be logged out:
- Vigil Mobile has a security feature that logs each user out after 8 hours, however, the notifications on a locked screen will NOT stop. Our recommendation is for staff to log out of the app at the start of their shift and log back in again to reset the timer.
Only one person can log into a user at a time. If you log into a user and see an Existing Session pop up it means the user is already in use. Selecting Yes on this pop-up will log the current user out.
