Using the Vigil Mobile Active Call Screen

On logging in to Vigil Mobile you will be directed to the Active Call Screen. Here you can see all the active calls raised by the residents and the length of time since the calls were placed. To cancel these alerts, go to the resident or room and reset the device that triggered the call. The call will then clear from the Active Call Screen. If you move to a different screen within the app, you can always return to the Active Calls screen by touching Calls at the bottom of the screen.

 

Call Details

Expanding the call shows more information for the call.

  • Call Time – show the date and time the call was initiated.
  • Receivers – will show the location of a resident when they press their pendant.
  • Claim Call – staff can touch claim call to show they are taking care of it. See more information here.
