
If you are getting a red light on the pendant:
- Are you in an area that the Vigil system is covered by? If not, try moving to a coverage area and trying again.
- If you are in a coverage area, try changing the battery.
- Are there any Maintenance calls? Like Receivers showing as “Device Not Found” or Canbus Failure?
- Are other known working pendants having the same issue in the same area?
If you are getting a blue light but no call:
- Double check that the pendant set up correctly in the software.
- Is the pendant call appearing on the Vigil Remote Active Calls screen?
No light on the pendant:
- Change the battery.
- Did the pendant get water inside?
- Is there any physical damage?
