Adjust some of the settings of your user or community by touching Settings.
- Calls – takes you to the Active Calls screen
- Reports – takes you to see one of two reports which are the call history report or the pendant idle alert report
- Admin Settings – an Admin user can lock the ability for particular filters from being changed.
- Call Settings – filter the call types or area of active calls you see.
- Notification Settings – turn push notifications on or off.
- Change Password – change the user’s password
- Sign Out – log out of Vigil Mobile and stop receiving alerts.
