Settings in Vigil Mobile

Adjust some of the settings of your user or community by touching Settings.

  • Calls – takes you to the Active Calls screen
  • Reports – takes you to see one of two reports which are the call history report or the pendant idle alert report
  • Admin Settings – an Admin user can lock the ability for particular filters from being changed.
  • Call Settings – filter the call types or area of active calls you see.
  • Notification Settings – turn push notifications on or off.
  • Change Password – change the user’s password
  • Sign Out – log out of Vigil Mobile and stop receiving alerts.
