You are able to adjust what areas of your community and types of alerts appear on your Vigil Mobile application. This is done from the Settings menu.
Allows you to choose which types of calls you will receive. For example, care staff will typically receive “Regular Calls” which are calls generated by residents. Maintenance staff may only receive “Maintenance Calls” which include supervisory messages such as low batteries.
To edit Call Types:
- Touch Settings
- Touch Call Settings
Under Call Type Filters, touch All Calls and select from the dropdown options:
- All Calls = resident generated and maintenance calls
- Regular Calls = resident generated calls (Nurse Call, Out of Bed, Door Alarm etc)
- Maintenance Calls = system and device calls that need attention (Device Not Found, Low Battery etc)
- Custom Selection = choose specific calls that this user should receive. Use with caution! If you want to drill down so much as to only list certain call types, be aware there is potential to miss a call type.
- Touch the call type for this user.

- Touch Reset Call Types to automatically go back to All Calls selected.

- Touch on the drop-down arrow under Area Filter
- Select one or multiple areas to be shown on the Calls screen
- Touch Save Areas to keep your changes.
- Touch Reset Areas to automatically go back to All Areas selected.
