You can send a manually typed message to individual Vigil Mobile users, a group of users, paging plans or notification groups.
Touch the Message icon at the bottom of the screen.
To Send a Message to an individual user:
- Touch the Contacts tab
- Select the notification device that you would like to send a message to.
Touch the inside of the white box and a keyboard will show.- Type the message and touch Send.
To Send a Message to a Group:
Touch the Groups tab. The single-person icon represents paging plans, and the two-person icon represents a Vigil Mobile user group.- Touch the group you want to message
- Touch the inside of the white box and a keyboard will show.
- Type the message and touch Send.
Messages sent to you via Vigil Mobile or Vigil Remote will appear under the Messages tab.
