When a pendant is activated up to three messages will be sent to phones or pagers shown as: Pendant Call, Room #, Resident Name and, Location. On your pager/phone, the location shown in the last message will typically be the strongest signal. On your Active Calls screen the first location listed will typically be the strongest.
Once you have located the pendant and provided assistance to the person that used it you can cancel the pendant call. You can learn more about canceling pendant calls in this article.
