Raising/Clearing Calls on a Wireless Emergency Pull

Vigil wireless emergency pull stations must be added to the Vigil Remote software before use.

To raise a call on a Wireless Emergency Pull station:

  • Slide the lever into the down position.
  • On a Vitality Wireless Emergency Pull a blue light will begin to blink. The blinking blue light means the call was successfully raised. On older wireless stations a green light will blink.
  • Confirm the call was received on the appropriate notification devices (pagers, Vigil Mobile, wireless phones)

To clear the call:

  • Slide the lever back into the up position.
  • A blue steady light will come on the station for about 5 seconds, and then turn off. Once the blue light is out, your call has been cleared successfully. On older Wireless stations the light will be green.

If the light blinks red, it can mean the call didn’t go through. Try raising or cancelling the call again. Alternatively, you may need to change the battery.
