Use the paging plan report to easily see which notification devices are allocated to areas in your community and at which escalation point.
Here is a sample report:
In the example above, the second escalation is at 10 minutes meaning that a resident call that has been active for 10 minutes will go to the notification device listed. The third escalation at 20 minutes will go to the DON Vigil Mobile user and then at 30 minutes, the Executive Director will be alerted.
Notification devices can be pagers, phones, or a Vigil Mobile app username.
