Create a group to send text messages to a specific group of Vigil Mobile users. For example, if you’d like to send a reminder of an all-staff meeting to every Vigil Mobile user, or to the Assisted Living care staff to get residents ready for an activity, you can create a group of those users.
Touch Messages at the bottom of the screen
Touch the Groups tab
- Touch the green + sign in the bottom left of the screen to create a new group
Type the name of the group in the Group Name field- Touch the drop down arrow beside “Add users to group” add the users to be included.
- Touch Save.
- Your new group will now show under Messages, Group Tab.
Touch the group name and then the info button to see all users included in that group.
