Vigil Mobile does not mandate regular password changes, however, you may want to update the password from time to time. You can do this from the Settings menu.
Touch Settings from the bottom of the screen
Touch Change Password from the menu
Type in the username you’d like to change the password for. If you’re already logged as the user you’re changing the password for, you can leave the username blank. **You can only change other users’ passwords if you have an Admin level user.- Type your current password
- Type your new password twice. Passwords must be 8 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, lower case letter, and special character.
- Touch Change Password.
- Touch Done on the keyboard and you can continue using the Vigil Mobile app.
