Admin Settings in Vigil Mobile

Vigil Mobile’s Admin Settings are accessed from touching Settings. Please note that the Admin Settings are only accessible to administrative level Vigil Mobile users.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Global Settings Locks
To lock the settings outlined in this screen, you must be logged in with your Admin user credentials. Adjusting any of these settings will change them for all users in your community on their next login.

If the indicator is swiped right and blue, the lock is ON. If the indicator is swiped left and white, the lock is OFF.

  • Call Filter Settings Lock – Turn this ON when you want to lock the filters set up for your users. Click here for more information on call filter settings.
  • Notification Settings Lock – Turn this ON when you do not want the users to change the notification settings. Click here for more information on notification settings.
  • Password Lock – Turn this ON when you want to stop the other users from being able to change their password.
  • Touch Save Locks
