Vigil Mobile has a filter feature where you can remove certain calls or areas from showing on the Active Calls screen. This is often done to remove Maintenace calls from Care Staff users or to remove IL calls from an AL user (for example).
If calls are filtered, the filtered calls will show as “Hidden” calls. This gives staff the option to show them if needed.
To show the hidden calls, touch the eye with the line through it.
The hidden calls are now showing.- To hide the calls, simply touch the eye again.
