**Note: The following instructions only work for ID RoamAlert. If you have ECO RoamAlert, click here. ID RoamAlert requires you to add resident tags to the Vigil software whereas ECO does not.
The following instructions will change the codes for ALL RoamAlert ID keypads in your community.
- Log into Vigil Remote and select System Administration
Click on Add/Delete RoamAlert Controllers.
- At the top of the screen, type in the new codes that you would like to change the reset (PIN) and/or bypass code to.
- Click Save
- Test each door with the new keypad codes.
