When you would like to look back on the notes you’ve made, there are several ways to search. See also: How to Add Maintenance Notes
Click on Additional Filters [+] at the top left of the screen. This will display your options for searching maintenance notes.
Search by Resolution
Search by Keyword
Search by Device ID
Search by Author
Search by Call Type
Search by Room
After you’ve selected your filter, click Refresh to display your results.
