The maintenance tab of the Vigil Remote software should be looked at daily to find any issues with your system.
You can access the maintenance tab without a log in for the software. Click on the Maintenance Calls tab when the tab shows a number greater than zero.
The Maintenance Calls tab will show the type of error (Device Not Found as per below), the area the device is in, room if applicable and any further information shows under Name/Description. Click on the the ? or ! beside the call to learn more on next steps to take.
When you see the Maintenance Calls tab flashing RED it means all or a large part of your system is not working as it should.
