Deleting Usernames in the Vigil Remote Software

Once a user is deleted, they will have no access to Vigil Remote. A user with no access will only be able to view the Active Calls/Maintenance Calls screen.

If you want to change a users password, you must delete their user first, then add it back with the new password.

To delete a user:

  • Login to Vigil Remote (you must have administrator level access).
  • From the Main Menu, choose System Administration
  • Click on User Administration

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Click in the check box beside the user you would like to delete.
  • Click Delete on the right side of the screen.
  • Click Save

*Make sure you do not have more than one username selected or it will delete all selected usernames. *
