Changing a Password in the Vigil Remote Software

If you do not know the users current password, you will need to follow these instructions.

 

If you know your users current password but would like to change it:

  • Click Login on the Vigil Remote software.
  • Choose the Username and type your current password
  • Once you start typing the password, you will see the Change Password option appear under the Login button.
  • Click Change Password.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Complete the form with the current password, and the new password twice to confirm.
  • Click OK which will take you back to the Active Calls screen.
  • Log in with the new password.
