If you do not know the users current password, you will need to follow these instructions.
If you know your users current password but would like to change it:
Click Login on the Vigil Remote software.- Choose the Username and type your current password
- Once you start typing the password, you will see the Change Password option appear under the Login button.
- Click Change Password.
Complete the form with the current password, and the new password twice to confirm.- Click OK which will take you back to the Active Calls screen.
- Log in with the new password.
