Responding to a Vitality Band call

Vitality Bands are programmed in the Vigil Software and raise alerts that say “Vitality Band”

To Respond to a Call

    1. You will receive a call on your pager, wireless phone or Vigil Mobile App. The call will also be displayed on the Active Calls Screen
    2. The information will include the following: Vitality Band, Resident Room, Resident Name (Optional), Receiver Locations (up to 3)
    3. Go to the location indicated to find the resident.

When you have finished assisting the resident you can cancel the call on the Vitality Band by following these instructions.
