Wireless devices need to be added to the Vigil Remote software and assigned to a resident’s room prior to use. Please make sure that your wireless device is listed under the wireless devices menu of the Vigil Remote Software and matches the ID#, device type, and room number of the device you are testing.
If the device is listed in the software and an alert appears on the Vigil Call Screen when you test, but is not going through to pagers, please verify that the device is assigned to a paging plan and that you are testing with a pager/phone/other notification device that corresponds with that paging plan.
