Mini Pendants are used by residents to call for assistance. The Pendant Call identifies the resident and provides their general location so that staff can respond and provide help. Pendant Calls must be cancelled on the pendant that raised the call.
How to Raise a Pendant Call
Push the call area (textured area on the front of the pendant). A light will flash BLUE 10 times which indicates that the call has been raised.
How to Cancel a Pendant Call
- Hold the pendant with your thumb over the front button. Make sure not to cover the right side of the pendant with your thumb so you will be able to see the green cancel light.
- Press and release the button twice quickly holding it down on the second click. This should be as quick as when you double click a mouse. If you are too slow between clicks, the green cancel light will not come on.
- Hold the button until you see the Green LED turn on then release (about 6 seconds). This indicates the pendant has been reset.
