If you have not already downloaded and installed Vigil Mobile please do so first.
To Sign In:
- Start by finding the Vigil Mobile app on your phone or tablet and tapping the icon to start Vigil Mobile.
- If this is the first time you have started Vigil Mobile you will be prompted to create a four-digit pin code. You will need to enter the code in the future if Vigil Mobile ever sits idle for four hours or longer.
- Enter your username and password and touch Sign In. This is the username and password that was sent to you by Vigil when you signed up for a Vigil Mobile account. Both the username and password are case-sensitive.
- Once you have entered your username and password and tapped Sign In you will see the Vigil Mobile Active call screen. Congratulations, you’ve logged in to Vigil Mobile.
*Note: The Vigil server in Canada is can.vigil.com, the Vigil server in the USA is secure.vigil.com.
To Sign Our of Vigil Mobile:
- Touch Settings in the bottom left of the Vigil Mobile screen.
- Touch Sign Out.
When you sign out, all notifications will stop.
